04AI-supported coaching

Some Services use artificial intelligence to help generate assessments, workout and nutrition guidance, check-ins, summaries, recommendations, and adjustments based on information you provide.

We use information submitted to AI-supported features to deliver and improve your coaching experience, subject to this Policy and our agreements with service providers.

05How we disclose information
